Mayflower Park Hotel features six distinctive meeting and event spaces totaling more than 4,500 square feet. From the chandelier-lit Plymouth Room to the intimate Fireside Room with its marble fireplace, each space reflects the hotel’s timeless charm and classic architecture.

The Green Room

A private meeting room located off the mezzanine level of the Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle, the Green room can accommodate up to 40 guests. This traditional meeting room is surrounded by large, elegant windows with views overlooking downtown Seattle.

The Reserve at Andaluca

Located within the Mayflower Park Hotel, The Reserve at Andaluca offers a refined private dining and event space ideal for receptions, seated dinners, and special celebrations of up to 50 guests. The room is beautifully appointed with a hand-painted mural wall covering and classic architectural details, creating an elegant setting for gatherings such as graduation parties, retirement celebrations, and other memorable occasions

The Fireside Room

Located off the lobby level, the Fireside is perfect for receptions and festive parties. The Fireside room is connected to the Rose room as well as the Green room and offers a fireplace and intimate setting. The Fireside room can accommodate up to 105 guests reception style.

The Plymouth Room

The Plymouth room is our largest meeting room and can seat up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner. Traditionally appointed, with brass fixtures and elegant chandeliers, this room is located on the lower level of the Mayflower Park Hotel.

The Board Room

Perfect for a business meeting as well as a formal dining experience. Up to 16 guests can enjoy the privacy of the Board room, located on the second floor of the Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle.

The Waverly Room

This beautifully appointed meeting room offers a classical feel with two side bars and large windows. The Waverly room seats up to 45 guests and is located on the second floor of the Mayflower Park Hotel.
