ExcellentBased on 2952 reviewsVerifiedEssexPianist2024-09-11Great location Great location, really helpful staff. Room was fine and bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seattle as it is an easy walk to the Market. One small complaint is that the hairdryer wire is short and the plug socket isn’t close enough to the main mirror to be able to use it easily.VerifiedAngie L.2024-09-07Great location in downtown Seattle! This hotel is in the perfect location! Walkable to many modes of transit like the bus around the city, the monorail to the Space Needle and museums, or a train to SEA airport. It was also very easy to get to on a bus from the Amtrak Station to the hotel after we took the Coast Starlight train. Plenty of food options nearby and shopping as well as great places to see (the pinball museum was our favorite)! The mattresses are a little stiffer than I like them and the pillows a little flat, but we were still able to sleep well enough. It was surprisingly quiet, since the monorail runs quite close past the hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable.VerifiedMoira F2024-08-30This is a great hotel to stay in in downtown Seattle The Mayflower is right downtown. The downtown area of Seattle is disappointing because so many stores have closed. It's across the street from Macy's which closed in 2019. It's just sad the way downtowns everywhere are being abandoned. But Seattle is trying to revive its downtown with concerts and events, and it's not like it's empty - during cruise season it's vibrant! Even though we stayed in one of the small rooms, we really liked the hotel. It has class and atmosphere and you can tell the staff take great pride in it. It's been kept up beautifully. The best part of our stay was the restaurant - Andaluca. The whole atmosphere was just lovely. The food was fantastic, and the wait staff were great. Very personable. We ate dinner there, and breakfast the next day. Both were very good. Pike's Market is within walking distance - I'd say 3-4 blocks down the road along the waterfront. There is a shuttle to the cruise ships for $15 per person which was very helpful.VerifiedMarionPf2024-08-23Hotel has good value for money We felt very comfortable, it is a classic American hotel, with very good value for money. The hotel certainly once had a sensational location, unfortunately for him it is now extinct for many American cities there downtown. The market and Spaceneedle Tower are not far away. The district is besieged by homeless and ethanyl addicts. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel, everyone there is very friendly, the bar invites you to linger.VerifiedFrank dB2024-08-19Classic hotel. Classic hotel on Olive Way. Rooms are not large, but attractive. The hotel has a nice entrance, and is ideally located for visiting Seattle. You walk to Pike Market in 10 minutes, the monorail is around the corner. Next to the hotel is the Westlake parking garage, which can be booked in advance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast.VerifiedMirjam B2024-07-31Beautiful location, nice hotel. Old, stylish hotel in an excellent location. Much is within walking distance. We had a great room with a great bed. Friendly staff as well. Breakfast is served at the hotel but is not included. Very extensive breakfast room, but special by European standards.VerifiedChasbee2024-07-30Classic Charm 2 Great stays at the Mayflower Park before and after our cruise. I contacted the hotel to request rooms away from the lifts and preferably on a high floor, my requests were fulfilled by the hotel and they had responded to my emails in good time. The hotel rooms are exceptional clean and furnished to a good standard. The Mayflower Park has retained its classical charm and is well located (close to monorail and light rail link) We used the rail link to travel from the Airport and it is a very short walk to the hotel. Robert and the rest of the reception team were all very courteous and informative. If we were to visit Seattle again we would certainly stay at the Mayflower ParkVerifiedJenny W2024-07-17Excellent central location This hotel is very well placed for walking to all major attractions. Wonderful historic charm. The mono rail is close by to take you to the Space Needle. Short walk to Pike Street markets and the water front. Comfortable bed although the pillows where a little thin. Seattle Downtown Ambassadors do a fantastic job keeping the streets clean and tidy. Homeless residents reside in the streets and parks.VerifiedJackie B2024-02-24Fantastic Hotel It was fantastic stay, prob one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The location was perfect, beautifull herritage building. Great staff, desk was so helpfull and welcoming. Valet parking staff wonderfull. Lovely lobby and bar. Great food in lounge and great service. Room was lovely very comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed for 2 nights to see madonna. Close to monorail to climate pledge arena and space needle. Walk to pike place and the old part of downtown seattle. Wish we could have stayed longer, felt like we were staying in the Ritz! Thankyou so much will be back if we can get a price like we did. Just wonderfull
