Meeting Facilities

Located in the center of Downtown Seattle, the Mayflower Park Hotel offers six attractive meeting rooms with more than 4,300 square feet of meeting space. Each meeting room offers its own unique, classical charm and are very convenient for your next business meeting in Seattle.

The Green room

is a private meeting room located off the mezzanine level of the Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle and can accommodate up to 40 guests.  This traditional meeting room is surrounded by large, elegant windows with views overlooking downtown Seattle.

The Rose room

is a private meeting room located off the mezzanine level of the Mayflower Park Hotel and can accommodate up to 55 guests.  This room is beautifully appointed with rose colored tones and traditional window treatments.

The Fireside room

is located off the lobby level and is perfect for receptions and festive parties.  The fireside room is connected to the Rose room as well as the Green room and offers a fireplace and intimate setting.  The Fireside room can accommodate up to 105 guests reception style.

The Plymouth room

is our largest meeting room and can seat up to 100 guests for a sit down dinner.  Traditionally appointed, with brass fixtures and elegant chandeliers, this room is located on the lower level of the Mayflower Park Hotel.

The Board room

is perfect for a dining experience mixed with a business meeting.  Up to 16 guests can enjoy the privacy of this room, located on the 2nd floor of the Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle.

The Waverly room

this meeting room offers a classical feel with two side bars and large windows.  The room seats up to 45 guests.
