Let’s face it—a good brunch can solve almost anything! Executive Chef Tiffany Layco has curated a menu showcasing the best of the Pacific Northwest’s ingredients with playful, unexpected twists on classic dishes. Her culinary inspiration from Mediterranean traditions shines through in every bite, delivering bold and distinctive flavors that are anything but ordinary.
If you prefer to satisfy your brunch cravings with a savory morning meal, the Salmon Lox on Rye Toast – toasted Macrina rye, topped with ricotta, smoked salmon, slivered scallion, cherry tomatoes, and herbs – is sure to hit the spot. Prefer something on the sweeter side? Try the Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes, a stack of rich and sumptuous pancakes topped with rhubarb-rose water preserve, hibiscus butter, crumbled meringue, and served with a side of maple syrup. Or, dive fork-first into our Veggie Benedict, featuring roasted portobello mushrooms, crisp broccolini, fresh kale, and sun-dried tomatoes, all topped with silky hollandaise and poached cage-free eggs.
And, of course, no brunch is complete without libations! Sip on a Hibiscus, Orange, or Grapefruit Mimosa, or go classic with a Bloody Mary. We also offer housemade sangria and creative craft cocktails to toast your perfect Sunday.
Oliver's Lounge: A Slice of Seattle History
Located just off the lobby of Seattle’s historic Mayflower Park Hotel, Oliver’s Lounge holds the title of Washington’s first “daylight” bar. Thanks to the large windows that line the lounge, patrons can enjoy brunch while taking in the bustling street scene outside. These windows were a revolutionary feature when the lounge opened, breaking away from the state’s Blue Laws that once prohibited peeking into establishments serving liquor.
And while our cozy seating offers prime views of Seattle’s streets, our marble-topped tables, salvaged from the historic White Henry Stuart Building, are a nod to history. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, soak in the ambiance, and let us handle the rest.

We look forward to hosting you at Oliver’s Lounge and helping you start your Sunday in style. You’ll find us at the corner of Olive Way and 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Brunch is served each Sunday from 11:30am – 2:30pm and Oliver’s Lounge is located to the right of the lobby as you enter the hotel.
Please note that guests must be 21 or over to enter Oliver’s Lounge, and reservations are not recommended (but not required) to ensure you don’t miss out. We can’t wait to serve you a brunch experience like no other!
